Other people may need to be forced to stay in the social situation with symptoms like heart palpitations so they can learn they are capable of getting through these types of situations.
Panic attack sufferers can also be helped with medication. As a rule, medication can control the symptoms people suffer with during attacks. Medication can also lessen the number of attacks and their severity. They can also reduce the fear and anxiety concerning a future attack.
